Differentiation cases according to the independent variables of the study were analyzed by independent sample ‘t’test and one way ANOVA test. When there was a significant difference between the groups, Scheffe test was used to determine which groups were differentiated. The level of significance in statistical analyzes was accepted as p <.05. At the end of the study, It was concluded that the principals of secondary schools were able to apply their talent management skills well; teachers' assessment of talent management skills by the secondary school principals did not differ according to gender, age, branch, professional seniority, working time in school and type of school; the evaluation of talent management skills of secondary school principals differed according to the task title variable.
