2023 VISION DOCUMENT REGARDING THE OPINIONS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS


The aim of this study was to determine the beginning of Turkey's educational objectives set out in the Vision 2023 document released in order to find the solution to the problem would be to what extent effective in solving problems in education. In this study, school administrators were interviewed. During the interviews with the school administrators, we will determine whether the educational differences between the regions will decrease with the objectives set out in the 2023 Vision document, whether an equal opportunity will be provided for the students, whether a new generation can be raised with the targets set, whether the teacher will gain the former reputation that the teacher has lost in society, how to reduce the number of students taking the examination, the effect of reducing the number of students taking the exam to the existing problems, the effect of reducing the number of compulsory courses and the number of the students on the students, the evaluation of the exam and master's degree in order to be an administrator in schools, the four basic pillars of education if there is a decrease in student disqualification and effective communication 23 questions on how to find the vision document in general. In order to find answers to these questions, 30 school principals working in primary and secondary schools were interviewed in Siirt province. The research was conducted by using interview method from qualitative research methods. Using the semi-structured interview form, the opinions of the education managers about the 2023 vision document were taken with the questions previously prepared. The findings are presented by using descriptive analysis method.
