Bu araştırmanın temel amacı deri benlik kavramının ve uyuşturucu madde kullanan bireylerin deri benlik yapılanmalarının Rorschach Mürekkep Testi ile araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla ilk önce deri benlik kavramı araştırılmıştır. Ardından uyuşturucu madde kullanan bireyler arasından en az iki yıl süreyle damar içi yol ile eroin kullanan örneklem grubu tespit edilmiştir. Böylelikle 23 madde (eroin) kullanıcısından oluşan madde grubuna ve yine 23 madde kullanmayan kişiden oluşan kontrol grubuna Rorschach Testi uygulanmıştır. Protokoller kodlanmıştır. İki grubun sonuçları SPSS programı kullanılarak istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. İstatistiksel verilere ek olarak grupların testteki zar ve nüfuz etme yanıtları detaylı olarak değerlendirilerek deri benlik yapılanmalarına ait bilgilere ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, uyuşturucu madde kullanan bireylerin deri benlik yapılanmalarında bazı bozulmaların olduğunu, bu kişilerde deri benliğin uyarılma kalkanı işlevinin yerine getirilemediğini, bu bireylerin ilk dönem ilişkilerine ait bazı eksiklerin deri benlik yapılanmalarındaki duyarlılığa neden olduğunu göstermiştir.
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the concept of the skin ego and the skin ego structures of drug users by employing the Rorschach Inkblot Test. For this purpose, the concept of skin ego was explored first. Then, the appropriate sample was determined from drug users who specifically injects heroin intravenously for at least two years. The Rorschach Inkblot Test was employed to the participants in two separate groups. The first group included 23 heroin users and the control group consisting of 23 non-drug users. The Rorschach protocols were coded. The results of the two groups were analyzed statistically by using SPSS. In addition to statistical data, content was evaluated by assessing the barrier and penetration responses in detail, and the information about skin ego structures of drug users was reached. Obtained findings indicated that there are some deterioration in skin ego structures of drug users, excitation shield functioning of the skin ego cannot be fulfilled in these people, and some deficiencies in early relationships leads to the sensitivity in skin ego structures.
