Günümüz modern dünyasında teknolojik gelişmelere bağlı olarak sosyal hayatta yaşanılan lüks ve konforun temelinde eğitimle elde edilen kazanımların olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Eğitimin, modern insanın hayat kalitesini yükselttiği söylenebilse de aynı başarıyı psikososyal sağlığın korunmasında gösterdiği iddia edilemez. Günümüz insanının tüm etkinliklerinde merkezi rol oynayan en temel dinamiklerden olan eğitimin temel problemlerden birisi de hiç şüphesiz okul iklimiyle ilgili bir kırılganlığı ifade eden “dışlanma” problemidir. Geleceğimizin mimarları olarak sembolize edebileceğimiz öğretmenlerin yaşamaları muhtemel bir dışlanmanın eğitimle ilgili pek çok probleme kaynaklık etmesi kuvvetli bir olasılıktır. Sağlıklı ve amaçlara uygun eğitim de ancak dışlanma gibi psikososyal problemlerden arındırılmış huzurlu okul ikliminde görev yapan psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyi yüksek öğretmenler eliyle gerçekleşebileceği de bir gerçekliktir. Bu durum araştırmamızı daha da anlamlı hale getirmektedir. Öğretmenlerde psikolojik iyi oluş ile iş yerinde dışlanma ilişkisinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesini amaçlayan bu çalışmanın araştırma grubu, MEB yurtdışı sınavını kazanarak KKTC’de görevlendirilen ve seçkisiz örneklem yoluyla seçilen 42 (% 42) bayan ve 58 (% 58) erkek olmak üzere toplam 100 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında “Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği”, “İş Yerinde Dışlanma Ölçeği” ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin SPSS programında Mann Whitney U ve Spearman's rho analizleri yapılarak şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: Öğretmenlerde iş yerinde dışlanma ve psikolojik iyi oluş genel düzeylerinin orta seviyede olduğu; cinsiyet ve branş değişkenlerinin iş yerinde dışlanma ve psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark oluşturmadığı; psikolojik iyi oluş ve iş yerinde dışlanma arasında ise istatistiksel açıdan negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In today's modern world, on the basis of luxury and comfort in social life relying on technological developments, it is possible to say that there are achievements gathered by education. No matter how it can be said that education improves the quality of life of modern people, it cannot be claimed that the same success is shown in the maintanence of psychosocial health. Undoubtedly, One of the fundamental problems of education, being one of the most fundamental dynamics that play a central role in all the activities of today's people, is the exclusion problem that expresses a vulnerability in school climate.. It is highly probable that a possible exclusion of teachers who can be symbolized as the architects of our future is the source of many problems related to education. It is also a fact that healthy and objective education can only be achieved by teachers with high levels of psychological well-being who work in a peaceful school climate purified from psychosocial problems such as exclusion. It makes our study even more significant. The research group of this study aiming to investigate the relationship between psychological well-being and exclusion from workplace in terms of various variables, is a total of 100 teachers (42 (42%) female and 58 (58%) male by random sampling, who are appointed in TRNC by passing The Ministry of National Education (MEB) abroad teaching exam. “Psychological Well-being Scale”, “Workplace Exclusion Scale” and “Personal Information Form” were used for data collection. Mann Whitney U and Spearman's rho analyzes were performed in the SPSS program and the following results were reached: The general level of exclusion and psychological well-being in the workplace is moderate; Gender and branch variables did not make a statistically significant difference in exclusion and psychological well-being at workplace; It was found that there was a statistically significant negative correlation between psychological well-being and workplace exclusion.
