Bu çalışmada Rosenblatt (2017) tarafından geliştirilen Öğretmen Hesapverebilirlik Eğilimi Ölçeği’nin Türkçe’ye uyarlamasını yapmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veriler 230 sınıf öğretmeninden elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliği için açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik çalışması için ise Cronbach alpha katsayısı hesaplanmış ve test-tekrar test uygulaması yapılmıştır. Açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları ölçeğin Türkçe formunun geçerliliği açısından 12 madde ve içsel hesapverebilirlik (7 madde) ve dışsal hesapverebilirlik (5 madde) olmak üzere iki faktörden oluştuğunu göstermiştir. Ölçeğin Türkçe formunun iç tutarlılık ve test tekrar test güvenilirliğe sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
The purpose of this research was to adapt Teachers’ Accountability Disposition Scale developed Rosenblatt (2017) into Turkish on a group of classroom teacher. The data in the study was collected through 230 classroom teachers. To determine the construct validity of the scale, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were employed. To determine the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach’s Alpha and test-retest were employed.The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses indicated 12 items and the two factor structure of the scale solution. The Cronbach’s Alpha internal consistency of the scale was .92 and test-retest correlation was .79. The results of this study showed that Teachers’ Accountability Disposition Scale was a valid and reliable instrument to measure teachers’ accountability disposition.
