Rus dilbiliminde yöntembilim araştırmaları çok eski tarihlere dayanmaktadır. Özellikle XIX. yüzyıldan başlayarak çağdaş döneme kadar yöntembilim üzerine gerek kuramsal gerek uygulamalı binlerce eser yazılmıştır. Bu eserler arasında Türkçenin eğitimi ve öğretimi de önemli bir yere sahiptir. Rusya’da Türkçe eğitimi ve öğretimi sahasında yapılan bu çalışmalar, İhtilal öncesi, Sovyet ve Sovyet sonrası dönemleri kapsamaktadır. Bu yazıda, Rusya’da Türkçenin eğitimi ve öğretimiyle ilgili çalışmalara genel hatlarıyla değinilmiş, son 50 yılda yapılan çalışmaların yöntem meseleleri üzerinde durulmuştur.
Methodology studies in Russian linguistics date back to very old times. Especially starting from the 19th century until the contemporary period, thousands of works have been written on methodology including both theoretical and practical knowledge. The education and teaching of Turkish has an important place among these works as well. These works carried out in Russia in the field of Turkish Education and Teaching cover the pre-revolution, Soviet and post-Soviet periods. In the present paper, first a high level review of these works will be made and then the matters of methodology observed in Turkish education and teaching will be discussed through the help of these works, which have been carried out during the last 50 years.
