Bu çalışmada Prof. Dr. Ramazan Korkmaz’ın 1976-2003 yılları arasında yazdığı mektupları, tematik bakımdan değerlendirilmeye alınmış. Bu mektupların büyük bir kısmı hocanın Atatürk Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü öğrencisi olduğu yıllarda (1981-1985) yazdığı mektuplar ile Fırat Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü Yeni Türk Edebiyatı Asistanı olduğu ve yine bu üniversitelerde lisansüstü öğrenim gördüğü yıllarda (1986-1989) yazdığı mektupları kapsamaktadır. Hocanın, doktora sonrasında yazdığı (1991) mektuplar ile ortaokul / lise yıllarında yazdığı mektuplar arasında büyük bir idealizmin hakim olduğu ve artarak devam ettiği görülmüştür. Bu yazıya konu edinilen mektupların büyük bir kısmı Ramazan Bey’in akraba çevresine yazdığı mektuplardan oluşmaktadır. Dostlarına ve arkadaşlarına yazdığı mektuplar ise bir başka yazının konusu olmak üzere dışarıda bırakılmıştır. Yazıda atıfta bulunulan mektupların tarihleri ile Ramazan Bey’in hayatı karşılaştırmalı olarak okunursa vurgulanmak istenen ifadeler çok daha anlamlı olacaktır kanaatindeyiz.
In this study the letters that Prof. Dr. Ramazan Korkmaz wrote between the years 1976 and 2003 were evaluated in respect to thematic approach. These letters consist of those that Professor wrote during the years 1981-1985 when he was a student in Ataturk University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences department of Turkish Language and Literature, those that he did during the years when he was a Research Assistant in Turkish Language and Literature Department of Fırat University and again those he wrote during the years 1986-1989 when he completed his postgraduate education. It is obvious that an increasing idealism dominated his letters he wrote after doctorate in 1991 and those he wrote during his secondary and primary school years. In this article the letters in question consist overwhelmingly of those ones that Mr. Ramazan wrote to his relatives. Since the letters that he wrote to his friends and fellows are the subject of another study, they were excluded from this study. We think that if dates of the letters are read comparatively with Mr. Ramazan’s life, the expressions which were emphasized will be quite meaningful.
