This article examines AI-based digital art through the lens of "algorithmic creation" and the "human-machine dialectic," proposing a new critical framework that challenges traditional art theories. The central argument is that AI shifts art from an object-oriented status to a dynamic, probabilistic, and performative art-as-process model.

This radical transformation brings forth a set of unique aesthetic categories: Generative Aesthetics: The artwork is not a pre-defined outcome but an emergent product of the stochastic interaction between a dataset and an algorithm, reconstituting the traditional tension between control and chance. Collaborative Creation: The artist's role evolves from "creator" to "curator," "data engineer," or "algorithmic trainer," thereby problematizing concepts of originality and intent. Post-Digital Viewer Experience: The artwork, changing continuously through viewer interaction or real-time data flow, ceases to be a fixed and closed totality of meanings.

The paper analyzes this phenomenon within the context of post-structuralism and Object-Oriented Ontology.
