1960’lı yıllar Türkiye’de siyasi, toplumsal ve kültürel olarak önemli olayların yaşandığı bir dönem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu döneme ve sonrasına bakıldığında “göç’’ olgusu, önemini her daim sürdüren toplumsal konuların arasında olmanın yanı sıra disiplinler arası bir tema olarak da karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Göç teması yalnızca bir olgu olarak değil, sosyolojik ve kültürel açılardan incelendiğinde, beraberinde birçok kavramı tanımlamayı gerektirmektedir. Söz konusu kavramlardan “göç” kavramının tanımı ele alındığında,  ekonomik, toplumsal, siyasi sebeplerle bireylerin veya toplulukların bir ülkeden başka bir ülkeye yahut bir yerleşim yerinden başka bir yerleşim yerine gitme işi; taşınma, hicret, muhaceret açıklamaları karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Kimlik kavramı, bir kişinin ya da grubun, topluluğun kendi niteliklerine, değerlerine, konumuna ve kökenine ilişkin bilinçli kavrayışı olarak tanımlanabilir. Aidiyet duygusu ise bir yere ait olma ile ilişkili bir durumdur. Bellek kavramı, geçmişteki deneyimleri ve yaşantıları anımsayabilme yetisidir. Bu çalışmada, göç esnasında ve sonrasında kimlik, aidiyet ve hafızada yaşanılan değişimleri, farklılıkları, öğrenim görmek ve sonrasında öğrendiklerini öğretmek amacıyla kendileri de göçü yaşamış olan Türk resim sanatçılarından üç sanatçı ele alınmıştır. Sanatçıların eserleri göç teması üzerinden araştırılmış, yorumlanmış, göçün Türk resim sanatındaki yansımalarının analizi amaçlanmıştır.  Sanatsal üretimlerinde göç temasını eserlerinin konusu olarak ele alan ve bu temayı,  plastik dil açısından yer yer yakın üslupla çalışan sanatçılar Hüseyin Bilişik, Ramiz Aydın ve Mehmet Zahit Büyükişliyen, amaçlı örneklem kapsamında belirlenmiştir. Makalenin yönteminde ise veri toplama aracı olarak doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Göç, kimlik, aidiyet ve bellek kavramları odağında yapılan incelemelerle sanatçıların eserlerinde göçün Türk resim sanatına yansımalarının izi sürülmüştür.

The 1960s is a period of important political, social and cultural events in Turkey. Looking at this period and its aftermath, the phenomenon of “migration” emerges as an interdisciplinary theme as well as being among the social issues that have always maintained their importance. When the theme of migration is analysed not only as a phenomenon but also from sociological and cultural perspectives, it requires the definition of many concepts. When the definition of the concept of “migration” is examined, we come across the explanations of moving, hijra, muhajarat, or migration from one country to another country or from one settlement to another settlement for economic, social and political reasons. The concept of identity can be defined as a person's or group's or community's conscious conception of its own qualities, values, position and origin. Belonging is a state of relatedness. The concept of memory is the ability to recall past experiences. Looking at post-1960 Turkish Painting Art, it is seen that there are quite a number of different works with the theme of “migration”. Due to Turkey's geographical location, social, cultural and economic conditions, internal and external migration is a reality. For individuals who migrate from rural to urban areas, from one city to another or from one country to another, changes occur in the concepts of identity, belonging and memory. This study aims to investigate and interpret the changes and differences in identity, belonging and memory during and after migration through the works of three artists who themselves have experienced migration. Moreover, it analyses the reflections of migration in Turkish painting. In this article, Hüseyin Bilişik, Ramiz Aydın and Mehmet Zahit Büyükişliyen, artists who have taken the concept of migration as a subject in their artistic productions and worked on this subject in a close-up style using plastic language, are included in the scope of the research as the samples. Document analyses was used as the data collection tool. Through analyses centred on the concepts of migration, identity, belonging and memory, the reflections of migration on Turkish painting have been traced in the works of before mentioned artists.
