Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de Türk Sanat müziği kapsamında taksim alanında yapılan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarının, çeşitli değişkenler (üniversite, enstitü, tez türü, yıl ve konu) açısından incelenerek genel eğilimlerinin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Bu araştırma, tarama modelinin kullanıldığı betimsel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmada, Türk Sanat müziği kapsamında taksim alanında yapılan lisansüstü tez çalışmaları (N: 67) incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri belgesel tarama yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye’de Türk Sanat müziği kapsamında taksim alanında yapılan lisansüstü tez çalışmaları, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezinden, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezinde açık erişimi bulunmayan tezler ise İTÜ Akademik Açık Arşivinden elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Türkiye’de Türk Sanat müziği kapsamında taksim alanında yapılan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarının üniversite, enstitü, tez türü, yıl ve konu açısından dağılımlarını belirlemek amacıyla frekans ve yüzde hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Tez çalışmalarının konu açısından dağılımlarını belirlemek amacıyla araştırmacılar tarafından tezler incelenerek tez konularına yönelik kategoriler oluşturulmuş ve bu kategoriler doğrultusunda tezler incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, taksim alanında yapılan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarının, en çok sırasıyla Haliç Üniversitesi, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi ve Gazi Üniversitesinde yapıldığı, diğer enstitülere göre en çok Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünde ve diğer tez türlerine göre en çok yüksek lisans tez çalışmasının yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, taksim alanında diğer yıllara göre en çok 2022 yılında ve konulara göre en çok Taksim İncelemesi-Biyografi konusunda lisansüstü tez çalışmasının yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to reveal the general trends of graduate thesis studies conducted in the field of taksim within the scope of Turkish art music in Turkey by examining them in terms of various variables (university, institute, type of thesis, year and subject). This research is a descriptive research in which the screening model is used. In the research, the graduate thesis studies (N: 67) conducted in the field of taksim within the scope of Turkish art music were examined. The data of the research were obtained by documentary screening method. In this context, the graduate thesis studies conducted in the field of taksim within the scope of Turkish Art music in Turkey were obtained from the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Council, and the theses that are not open access at the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Council were obtained from the Academic Open Archive of ITU. The data of the research were analyzed by the content analysis method. Frequency and percentage calculations were made in order to determine the distribution of graduate thesis studies conducted in the field of taksim within the scope of Turkish Art music in Turkey in terms of university, institute, type of thesis, year and subject. In order to determine the distribution of thesis studies in terms of subject, theses were examined by the researchers, categories were created for thesis topics, and theses were examined in accordance with these categories. As a result of the research, it was determined that the most graduate thesis studies in the field of taksim were conducted at Haliç University, Istanbul Technical University and Gazi University, respectively, the most Social Sciences Institute compared to other institutes and the most master's thesis studies according to other types of thesis. In addition, it has been determined that the most graduate thesis studies on Taksim Review-Biography were conducted in 2022 compared to other years in the field of taksim and the most according to the subjects.
