The Circassian community living in the Caucasian lands in the 18th and 19th centuries, as a result of the negativities they experienced in the wars with the Russians, migrated to different countries and were mostly settled in the Uzunyayla region in Turkey. The Circassian community living in many provinces of Turkey, especially in the Uzunyayla region, is a community that can preserve the culture they have had for many years as the day they came and makes great efforts in the cultural context in order not to be assimilated. In this context, the issue of cultural transmission has a great importance in the Circassian society, which lives in the diaspora and is known for its devotion to its own culture. In order not to be assimilated, both the associations and the Circassian society are sensitive and attentive to the issue of ensuring the transfer of culture to future generations. Considering that one of the most important factors of the transfer process is young people, it can be said that they play an active role in transferring culture to future generations. In this context, with the assumption that music is the most important cultural element after language in Circassian culture, the transfer of music culture to future generations will be possible through younger generations. In this research, which is applied to the descriptive model, one of the qualitative research methods, it is aimed to determine the role of the young generation Circassians as a carrier element in the process of transferring music culture in Uzunyayla Circassians. In the context of cultural identity, it is tried to determine the Circassian identity and how new generations convey this tradition. In this direction, the opinions of 22 Circassian participants, 9 women and 13 men, were taken with an open-ended questionnaire applied through Google Forms. The content analysis method was applied by tabulating the obtained data in themes and codes. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the young generation Circassians in Uzunyayla played an important role in the transfer of music culture, they learned this culture from their families and Circassian associations, they were willing to learn and transfer the music culture to the next generations, the Circassian culture would be transmitted and kept alive through music, and the music culture owed its present to the young generation has been reached.
