Bu çalışmanın konularını İç Anadolu Bölgesi’nde Sivas ili sınırları içinde yer alan Yukarı Kızılırmak Kültür ve Doğa Yolu’nun ikinci etabını oluşturan Zara-İmranlı ilçelerindeki değerlerin envanterini belirlemek ve rotaları çıkarmak oluşturur. Bu kapsamda; 2018 yılında Yukarı Kızılırmak Kültür ve Doğa Yolu’nun birinci etabı (Sivas-Zara) yayımlanmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasını oluşturan bu araştırmada ise ilk etapta Zara ilçesinde yer verilmeyen ve İmranlı ilçesinde bulunan doğal ve kültürel değerler tespit edilmiş; özgün, estetik, bilimsel, nadirlik özelliği olan, manzara güzelliği sunan ve kültürel değere sahip olanların turizm açısından nasıl bir değer oluşturduğunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın esas amacı ülkemizin en uzun akarsuyu olan Kızılırmak çevresinde yer alan doğal ve kültürel değerlerin tespit edilerek en uzun yürüyüş rotası ve koridorunun oluşturulmasıdır. Bunun için de; kaynağını Sivas Kızıldağ’dan alan bu akarsuyun ve tali kollarının Sivas il sınırları içerinde akış gösterdiği güzergâhlara yönelik arazi çalışmaları 2013 yılından beri yoğun bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmiş; üç bölüme ayrılan saha aşama aşama çalışılmıştır. Zara-İmranlı arasındaki ikinci etap için öncelikle literatür taraması yapılmış, arazi çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiş, 4 Eylül Sivas Kongresi kapsamında bir etkinlikte rotanın zamanı, zorluk dereceleri ve kamp alanlarını tespit etmek amacıyla kaynaktan Sivas’a kadar yürüyüş gerçekleştirilmiş; lokasyon, jeoloji, topografya ve rota haritaları hazırlanmıştır. Sahanın büyüklüğü dikkate alındığında yeni kaynak değerlerinin eklenmesi muhtemel olan bu araştırmada 2013 yılından bugüne tespit edilen değerler üzerinden kıymetlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda araştırma sahasında yer alan değerlerin envanteri elde edilecek, ana rota ve rotalar çıkarılacak, sahaya yönelik turizm çalışmaları ve yatırımlar da bu veriler kullanılabilecektir. Ayrıca korunarak turizme kazandırılması hedeflenen bu değerlerin sahada yaşayan yerel halka ekonomik katkı sağlaması da beklenmektedir.

This study aims to determine the inventory of the sites located in the Zara and İmranlı districts within the borders of Sivas province in Central Anatolia, which are the second stage of the Upper Kızılırmak Culture and Nature Trail, and to create the route. In 2018, the first stage of the Upper Kızılırmak Culture and Nature Trail (Sivas-Zara) was published. In this research constituting the second stage of the study, the natural and cultural values in the Zara district that were not included in the first stage and the natural and cultural values in the İmranlı district were determined and it is aimed to determine the value of those who offer the unique, rare, aesthetic, scientific, scenic beauty and cultural value in terms of tourism. The main purpose of the study is to determine the natural and cultural values of Kızılırmak, the longest river in Turkey, and to create the longest walking route and corridor. For this reason, field studies have been carried out intensively since 2013 for the routes where this river originating from Sivas, Kızıldağ, and its secondary branches flow within the borders of Sivas Province, and the field, divided into three parts, has been studied staged by staged. A literature review was made for the second stage between Zara and İmranlı; field studies have been carried out; a hike was organized from the source to Sivas as an event within the scope of the September 4 celebrations, to determine the time of the route, the degree of difficulty and the camping sites; and location, geology, topography, and route maps were prepared. Considering the size of the field, this study, which is likely to add new source values, has been evaluated over the values determined since 2013. As a result of the study, an inventory of the resource values in the research area will be obtained, the main route and other routes will be set, and these data will be able to be used in tourism studies and investments in the field. It is expected that these values, which are aimed to be both protected and brought into tourism, will contribute economically to the local people living in the region.
