Bu araştırma ile sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine göre, okul aile işbirliğinin yararların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formlarından elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemine göre analiz edilerek çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, tema ve alt temalar şeklinde organize edilerek sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında Erzurum merkez ilçelerinde görevli 39 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; okul aile işbirliğinin öğrenciye yararlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin genel olarak; öğrencinin güven duygusunu artırdığı, öğrenci gelişimine katkı sağladığı ve öğrencinin akademik başarısını artırdığı yönünde olduğu görülmektedir. Okul aile işbirliğinin okula yararlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin genel olarak; okula finansman kaynağı sağladığı, okuldaki disiplin sorunlarını azalttığı ve okul itibarını artırdığı yönünde olduğu görülmektedir. Okul aile işbirliğinin öğretmene yararlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin genel olarak; öğretmenin motivasyonunu artırdığı, işlerini kolaylaştırdığı ve öğrenmeyi olumlu yönde etkilediği yönünde olduğu görülmektedir. Okul aile işbirliğinin veliye yararlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin genel olarak; velinin okula etkin katılımını sağladığı, okula karşı ilgisini artırdığı ve velinin amaçlar doğrultusunda güdülendiği yönünde olduğu görülmektedir. Okul aile işbirliğinin topluma yararlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin genel olarak; kendini tanıyan nesillerin yetiştiği, toplumsal birliği sağladığı ve kültür seviyesini artırdığı yönünde olduğu görülmektedir.

The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of school-family cooperation according to the opinions of the classroom teachers. In this research, a case study, which is one of the qualitative research designs, was used. The data obtained from the interview forms were analyzed and analyzed according to the descriptive analysis method. The findings obtained from the research were presented in the form of themes and sub-themes. The study group consisted of 39 teachers working in the central districts of Erzurum in the 2019-2020 academic year. According to the results of the research; teacher opinions about the benefits of school-family cooperation to students in general; It increases the student's sense of trust, contributes to the development of the student and increases the academic achievement of the student. Teachers' opinions about the benefits of school-family cooperation to the school in general; it provides funding to the school, reduces disciplinary problems in the school and increases the reputation of the school. Teachers' opinions about the benefits of school-family cooperation to teachers in general; it increases the motivation of the teacher, facilitates their work and positively affects learning. Teachers' opinions about the benefits of parent-teacher cooperation in general; It is seen that it provides active participation of the parents to the school, increases the interest towards the school and motivates the parents for the purposes. Teachers' opinions about the benefits of school-family cooperation to society in general; it is seen that the generations that know themselves grow, provide social unity and increase the level of culture.
