Bu araştırma, öğretmenlik uygulaması dersine karşı uygulama öğretmenlerinin tutumlarının bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya 122 kadın, 118 erkek olmak üzere 250 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada, Çevik ve Alat (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Uygulama Öğretmeni Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Ölçek 5’li likert tipi puanlanmaktadır ve İsteklilik, İletişim, Değerlendirme, Mesleki Yeterlik ve Gereklilik şeklinde 5 alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin orijinalinin Cronbach Alpha (α) iç tutarlılık katsayısı ,86, bu çalışma için ise ,85 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler frekanslar, yüzdeler, “t” testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) test teknikleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre ölçekten alınan puanların yüksek olması uygulama öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik uygulaması dersine yönelik tutumlarının yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Değişkenler açısından incelendiğinde cinsiyet, yaş ve hizmet yılı açısından uygulama öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik uygulaması dersine yönelik tutum puanları arasında anlamlı fark bulunamamıştır (p>0,05).
This research was carried out to examine the attitudes of the practice teachers towards the teaching practice course according to some variables. A total of 250 teachers (122 female and 118 male) participated in the study. In the study, ”Attitude Scale towards Teaching Practice Lesson of Practice Teacher" developed by Çevik and Alat (2012) was used. The scale is scored as 5-point Likert-type and consists of 5 sub-dimensions: Willingness, Communication, Evaluation, Professional Competence and Requirement. The Cronbach's alpha (α) internal consistency coefficient of the original scale was calculated as .86 and .85 for this study. The data obtained from the study were analyzed by using frequencies, percentages, t test and one way variance analysis (ANOVA) test techniques. According to the findings of the study, the high scores obtained from the scale indicate that the attitudes of the practice teachers towards the teaching practice lesson are high. When attitude scores of the practice teachers' towards teaching practice lesson were examined in terms of variables of gender, age and years of service, there was not found any significant difference between them (p> 0.05).
