Öğrencinin gelişimi ve başarısı belirtilirken sadece öğretim alanında değil eğitim alanında da yaptıkları dikkate alınmaktadır. Sosyal etkinlikler okulda yapılan çalışmaların özellikle eğitim boyutuna hitap eden çalışmaları içermektedir. Türk Eğitim Sisteminde sosyal etkinlikler okulda yapılan diğer çalışmalar gibi yasal metinler çerçevesinde yürütülmektedir. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Eğitim Kurumları Sosyal Etkinlikler Yönetmeliği belirtilen çalışmaları kapsayan ve çalışmalara yön veren temel metin niteliğindedir. Ancak Türk Eğitim Sisteminde sosyal etkinliklere yön veren fakat yürürlükten kaldırılmış yasal metinlerin olduğu da görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada mevcut yönetmelikle önceki yönetmelik karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Yönetmeliklerin analizinde şu sıra takip edilmiştir: İlk olarak her iki yönetmelik şekilsel özellikleri de dâhil olmak üzere bölüm bölüm açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra yönetmeliklerdeki benzer ve farklı yönler ortaya konmuştur. Son olarak mevcut yönetmeliklerde ortaya konulmaya çalışılan yaklaşımlardan sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Sonuçlar Türk Eğitim Sisteminde sosyal etkinliklere bakış açısını ortaya konması bakımından önemli görülmektedir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda şu sonuçlara (her iki yönetmelik bağlamında) ulaşılmıştır: Yönetmeliklerde faaliyetler kapsamlı olarak ele alınmıştır. Yönetmeliklerde yapılan sık değişiklikler yönetmelikleri olumsuz etkilemektedir. Çevreyle işbirliği önemsenmektedir. Öğrenci merkezli bir çalışma yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin rolü yönlendirici ve rehberlik edici olarak belirlenmiştir. Faaliyetler yönetmeliklerde belirtilmesine rağmen temel unsurun uygulayıcılar olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Faaliyetlerin amacına ulaşması noktasında öğretmenlere verilmesi gereken eğitimlere yönetmeliklerde değinilmemiştir. Yönetmelikler eksikliklerine rağmen destekleyici bir anlayışı olduğu belirtilebilir.

While the development and success of the student is indicated, it is taken into consideration not only in the field of education but also in the field of education. Social activities include studies that specifically address the educational dimension of school work. Social activities in the Turkish Education System are carried out within the framework of legal texts such as other studies in the school. The Regulation on Social Activities of the Educational Institutions of the Ministry of National Education is the basic text that covers the mentioned studies and guides the studies. However, it can be seen that there are legal texts in the Turkish Education System that direct social activities but are abolished. In this study, the current regulation and the previous regulation are analyzed comparatively. The following is followed in the analysis of the regulations: First, both chapters are described, including their formal features. Then, similar and different aspects in the regulations are put forward. Finally, the results obtained from the approaches tried to be put forward in the current regulations have been reached. The results are considered important in terms of revealing the perspective of social activities in Turkish Education System. As a result of the evaluations made, the following results (in the context of both regulations) have been reached: In the regulations, the activities are handled comprehensively. Frequent amendments to the regulations affect the regulations negatively. Cooperation with the environment is important. A student-centered working method has been adopted. The role of school administrators and teachers has been determined as guiding and guiding. Although the activities are stated in the regulations, it is understood that the main factor is the practitioners. The trainings which should be given to the teachers in terms of reaching the purpose of the activities are not mentioned in the regulations. Despite the lack of regulations, regulations can be stated that a supportive understanding.
