Bu çalışmanın amacı psikolojik yardım veren meslek elemanlarının psikolojik danışma yardımı vermeye yönelik tutumlarını belirleyebilecek bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan ölçek formu 470 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu yedi farklı üniversitede eğitim gören Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik Bölümü (PDR) 4. sınıf lisans öğrencileri (f=%77,9; n=366) ile Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı okullarda çalışan psikolojik danışmanlar (f=%22,1; n=104) oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde dikkate alınan kriterler PDR lisans öğrencileri için Bireysel Psikolojik Danışma Uygulaması dersini almış olmak ve psikolojik danışmanlar için ise PDR lisans programından mezun olmaktır.Katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirliğe kanıt oluşturacak bir dizi analiz yapılmıştır. Yapı geçerliğini incelemek için farklı gruplar üzerinde Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. Birinci grup (n1=250) üzerinde AFA, ikinci grup (n2=220) üzerinde ise DFA yapılmıştır. AFA sonucunda ölçeğin 24 madde ve 3 alt boyuttan oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Bu boyutlar, maddelerin içeriğine bağlı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından olumlu eğilim, olumsuz eğilim ve davranışsal eğilim olarak adlandırılmıştır. DFA sonucunda 3 faktörlü yapı doğrulanmıştır. Bu üç faktörlü yapı toplam varyansın%59.13’ünü açıklamaktadır.Cronbach alfa katsayısı ölçeğin tümü için .94 iken alt boyutlar için .84 ile .93 değerleri arasında belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgular ise ölçeğin psikolojik danışma yardımı vermeye yönelik tutumları ölçmek için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

The aim of this study is to develop a measurement tool that can determine the attitudes of professional staff giving psychological helping towards giving psychological counseling helping.The scale form created by there searchers was applied to 470 people.The study group of the research are 4th grade undergraduate students (f=%77,9; n=366)from the Departments of Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PCG) of seven universities and psychological counselors (f=%22,1; n=104) working in schools of the Ministry of National Education.The criteria considered in the selection are to have taken “Individual Psychological Counseling Applications” course for PCG undergraduate students and to be graduated from PCG undergraduate program for psychological counselors. Several analyses were conducted on the data from participants for validity and reliability. Exploratory Factor Analysis (AFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (DFA) were performed on different groups to examine the construct validity.EFA was conducted on the data from the first group (n1=250) and CFA was conducted on the data from the second group(n2=220).According to EFA results, It was determined that the scale consists of 24 items and 3 sub-dimensions. These sub-dimensions are called by there searchers as positive tendency, negative tendency and behavioral tendency depending on the content of the items. CFA was also performed for the validity of the scale. The 3-factor structure was verified by CFA results. This structure explains 59.13% of the total variance. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the whole scale was found to be .94, whereas for indi¬vidual factors of the scale ranged between .84 and .93. The findings of the study revealed that the scale was a valid and reliable instrument for measuring attitudes towards giving psychological counseling helping.
