Bu araştırmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve spor bölümlerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin algılanan sosyal destek düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim döneminde Ahi Evran Üniversitesi ve Dumlupınar Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu ve Erciyes Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği, antrenörlük eğitimi ve spor yöneticiliği bölümlerinde öğrenim gören kadın ve erkek öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, bu okullarda öğrenim gören kolayda örnekleme yoluyla seçilen 453 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak katılımcıların demografik özelliklerinin belirlenmesine yönelik kişisel bilgi formu ve Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği, üç alt ölçekten ve toplam 50 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Bu alt ölçekler aile, öğretmenler ve arkadaşlar başlıkları altında toplanmıştır. Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı toplam ölçek için 0,93; Aile boyutu için 0,94, Öğretmen boyutu için 0,93 ve Arkadaş boyutu için 0,91 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ölçek ‘1= Bana Uygun Değil, 2= Kısmen Uygun, 3= Bana Uygun, şeklinde puanlanmış ve 3’lü likert tipindedir. Çalışmamız için gerçekleştirilen güvenirlik analizinde ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı ölçeğin toplamında 0.93, aile alt boyutunda 0.90, arkadaşlarım alt boyutunda 0.89 ve öğretmenlerim alt boyutunda 0.92 olarak tespit edilmiştir. İlgili verilerin karşılaştırılmasında dağılım, frekans, t testi ve anova testi kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel analizler sonucunda katılımcıların algılanan sosyal destek düzeyleri, cinsiyet değişkeni açısından anlamlı farklılık göstermezken, lisanslı sporculuk, bölüm ve üniversite değişkenleri açısından anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the perceived social support levels of students in physical education and sports departments. The population and sample of this study consisted of male and female students who attended Ahi Evran University and Dumlupınar University School of Physical Education and Sports and Erciyes University Faculty of Sport Science department of Physical Education and Sports Teacher Training, Coaching Education and Sports Management during the 2017-2018 academic term. The study population consisted of while the sample was comprised of 453 students. As a means of collecting data, a personal information form was used to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants and a Perceived Social Support Scale was used. The Perceived Social Support Scale, consisting of three subscales and a total of 50 items. These subscales were collected under the titles of family, teachers and friends. Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient was 0.93 for the total scale; it was calculated as 0,94 for the family aspect, 0,93 for the teacher aspect and 0,91 for the friend aspect. The scale has been scored in the 3-point likert type as 1 = Not appropriate for Me, 2 = Partially appropriate, 3 = Appropriate for Me. In the reliability analysis performed for our study, the Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient scale was determined as 0.93, the family subscale was 0.87 while the friend subscale was 0.90 and the teacher subscale was 0.93. Distribution, frequency, t test and Anova test were used in the comparison of the related data. While statistical analyzes showed that perceived social support levels of participants did not differ in terms of gender variables, there was a significant difference in terms of university, departmental and licensed athlete variable.
