Bu araştırma Türk devlet üniversitelerinde anadili Arapça olmayanlar için, Arapça öğretimi alanında tamamlamayı, yardımlaşmayı ve bu üniversitelerin Arapça öğretiminde iyileştirme etkisini tartışır. Bu araştırma Türk üniversitelerinde doğru yöntemle Arapça öğretim olgusunu en belirgin yöntemlerine ulaşma ve bu üniversitelerin birbirini tamamlamama, yardımlaşmama sebeplerini incelemeyi hedefleyen araştırmacı özellikle Arapça öğretimine dair açıklamak istediklerini işlemektedir. Bu araştırma, organizasyon ve görevsel olarak donuk olan ‘anadili Arapça olmayanlar için Arapça öğretimi’ alanında sayılı çalışmalardandır. Çünkü bu alandaki(anadili Arapça olmayanlar için Arapça öğretimi) çalışmaların çoğu; hoca, öğrenci, yöntem, dilin unsurları, dilin özellikleri, Arapça öğrenme sorunları, Arapçanın olguları ve gelişmeleri gibi eğitimsel esaslarını içermektedirler. Bu çalışma ise Türk devlet üniversitelerinde anadili Arapça olmayanlar için Arapça eğitimi konusunda üniversitelerin birbirlerini tamamlama ve yardımlaşma yollarını araştırmaya yöneliktir. Bu araştırma şunları hedeflemektedir: 1- Türk devlet üniversitelerinde Arapça eğitimini gözlemlemek. 2- Bu üniversitelerde, Arapça öğretimini en bariz şekilde iyileştiren yöntemini incelemek. 3- Bu üniversiteler arasında yardımlaşmama ve birbirlerini tamamlamama sorunlarını incelemek. 4- Arap dilin öğretimine hizmet eden, Arapçanın varlığını destekleyen öğrenilmesine teşvik eden Türkiye cumhuriyetinde kabul görülmesini temel sonucuna varmak.

This study discusses ways of integration and cooperation in the field of teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers in Turkish public universities, and the impact of this on improving the performance of these universities in teaching Arabic. The tool used in this research is a questionnaire prepared by the researcher for this study. İt aims at finding out the most important ways to put the course of teaching Arabic in Turkish universities on the right track. It also aims to analyze the reasons that prevent cooperation and integration between these universities. Unlike previous studies, the present study is considered to be one of the fewest studies which investigates the coordination and functional aspects in the field of teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, while most studies in this field dealt with the elements of the learning process: the teacher, the learner and the curriculum..., and the language elements and skills, the problems of teaching Arabic and its issues. The present study is dedicated to discuss ways of integration and cooperation in the field of teaching Arabic to non-speakers in Turkish public universities. This research aims at: 1- Monitoring the reality of teaching Arabic language at Turkish public universities. 2- Identifying the most prominent ways to improve the performance of these universities in teaching Arabic 3- Identifying the most important problems that prevent the cooperation and integration between these universities 4- Coming up with a primary initiative that serves the teaching of the Arabic language and enhances its presence and encourages its acquisition in the Republic of Turkey.
