As a Solution Proposal to Moral Collapse: Turkish Islamic Morality

In this study, it is revealed that the Turkish society has suffered a moral collapse and that the proposals for the solution of moral collapse are presented in the frame of national morality. For this purpose, it is mentioned firstly how the definition of moral collapse is made, which communal areas are covered by the moral collapse and how it is done. The moral collapse is evident by the fact that the defeat in the material scene has manifested itself in the spiritual realm. It seems that a slow and constant collapse in ethical sense as a consequence of ignoring or ignoring the moral principles that keep the society and the institutions that regulate it for the sake of personal interest is realized in fields like education, politics and social life. It is based on the idea that each society adopts its own way while national moral thought societies reach universal moral values. The Turkish nation's own way; Turkish-Islamic ethics that bridges between material and spiritual values. The solution to the moral collapse experienced in the Republican period in Turkey is the adoption of a national morality that is shaped by the values that the Turkish society is fed from its own source. It is necessary to re-examine and question the obsolete, forgotten values of the Turkish morality, which is a reflection of the Turkish nation's experience gained over the centuries. The path to achieving universal moral values of a nation depends on the close relations established with their own values. The main task of the Turkish nation to reach universal moral values is to recognize the national values of Turkish culture.
