Azerbaycan`da kadın eğitiminin kısa tarihi özetine dayanarak bir takım sonuçlara varıldı. Kadınların eğitim alma olanaklarına, toplumda onların maddi-ekonomik ve manevi kültürel durumu, sosyal statüsü, mevcut stereotipler kendi etkisini gösteriyordu. Aynı zamanda, dönemler değiştikçe kadına yönelik yaklaşım da yavaş yavaş değişmeye başladı. 20. yüzyılın 20`li – 30`lu yıllarında kadın eğitimsizliğinin ortadan kaldırılması ve kadının toplumsal üretime yönlendirilmesi konularına gelince ise, 2. Dünya savaşından sonra kadınların toplumsal üretime aktif olarak katıldığından sözedebiliriz. Dini ideoloji, müslümanlık psikolojisi ve şeriatın kadınların sosyal durumuna esaslı olarak etki ettiği tespit edildi. Sovyet devletlerinin şekillenmesi bu noktada bazı değişiklikleri ortaya çıkardı. Kadınların toplumsal üretime katılım düzeyi artsa da, gericilik, batıl inanç, yeni yapının yönetim yöntemleri insan hayatına, kadınların eğitimine ve mesleki seviyesine olumsuz etki yapıyordu. 20. yüzyılın son çeyreğinde Azerbaycan'ın bağımsızlık elde etmesi bu konuda yeni olanakların ve ortamın oluşması ve şekillenmesine sebep oldu. Bağımsızlık yıllarında Azerbaycan, sürdürülebilir gelişim çağına girmiş oldu, demokrasinin gelişmesi için geniş olanaklar sağlandı, devlet yönetiminde, ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel alanlarda mevzuat güvencesi kadınların toplumsal entegrasyonunu hızlandırdı, çeşitli sosyal alanlarda kadınların rolünü ve etkisini arttırdı. En zor zamanlarda bile devlet tarafından kadınların sorunları unutulmamakta, bu sorunlara yönelik gerekli önlemler alınmaktadır. 1990'lı yılların ortalarında ülkede sosyo-ekonomik istikrar sağlandı, kadın aktifliğinin artması için yeni olanaklar ortaya çıkarıldı. Ülkenin sosyo-politik hayatında kadınların aktifliğinin artmasına, kadın haklarının elde edilmesine yönelik özel kararlar ve talimatlar kadınlara karşı önyargılı yaklaşımın belirli ölçüde ortadan kaldırılmasına büyük katkı sağladı.

A set of results is reached enduringly the summary of the women education’s short history in Azerbaijan. Women’s material-economic and moral cultural situation, social status, available stereotypes in the society were taking effect on their opportunities of having education. At the same time, as long as the eras change the attitude for women has slowly started to change. If we get to the point of the issues that the annihilation of women’s lack of education in the 20’s and 30’s of 20th Century and women’s orientation to the social production. We can mention that women has participated to the social production actively after the Second World War (WW2). It is confirmed that religious ideology, muslim psychology and sharia is essentially affecting women’s social situation. Soviet states’ formation brought out some changes at this point.Even if the level of women’s participation in social production was increasing, obscurantism, superstitious, the new structure’s management methods were affecting people’s life, women’s education and professional level negatively. Azerbaijan’s obtain of independence in the last quarter of the 20th century has caused the arising and formation of new opportunities and settings. In the independence years, Azerbaijan has entered in the sustainable improvement period, fair chances has provided to the improvement of democracy, in the government; It accelerated women’s ,who are the legislation guarantee in economic, social, cultural fields, social integration, it increased women’s affect and role in variety social fields. Even in the hardest times, women’s problems are not being forgotten by government and the necessary preventions for these problems are being taken. In the middle of 1990’s, the socio-economic stability has provided, new opportunities has arised to women activity increase. It has made a big contribution on women activity increase in country’s socio-political life, special judgements and instructions that are for obtain of women’s rights and annihilation of prejudiced attitude for women.
