Tüm toplumların kendine has ve evrensel değerleri vardır. İnsanın gelişimsel olarak görevlerinden biri de toplumla uyum içinde yaşamaktır. Bu nedenle insanoğlu içinde yaşadığı toplumun örf adet gelenek ve göreneklerini benimseyerek uygun davranışlar sergilemek için çaba sarf eder. Eğitimin görevlerinden biri ise var olan değerleri kuşaktan kuşağa aktararak varlığını korumaktır. Bu çalışmada; 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında ilkokul kademesi 1. sınıflarda uygulamaya konulan Hayat Bilgisi dersi öğretim programında yer alan kazanımlardan hangilerinin öğretim programlarında belirtilen kök değerlerden hangileri ile ilişkili olduğu incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla araştırmada şu sorulara cevap aranmıştır1. İlköğretim birinci sınıf hayat bilgisi dersi öğretim programı ünitelerinde yer alan kazanımlar Hayat Bilgisi Dersi Öğretim Programında yer alan kök değerlerden hangileri ile ilişkilidir? Programda belirtilen kök değerlerden en çok hangileri vurgulanmıştır? Değerler hangi ünitelerde yoğunlaşmıştır? Araştırmanın modeli nitel araştırma geleneği içinde yer alan bir durum çalışmasıdır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler doküman analizi yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Çalışma, “2018 Hayat Bilgisi dersi Öğretim Programında (İlkokul 1, 2 ve 3. Sınıflar)” belirlenen kök değerler olan “ adalet, dostluk, dürüstlük, öz denetim, sabır, saygı, sevgi, sorumluluk, vatanseverlik ve yardımseverlik” değerleri ile 1. sınıf Hayat Bilgisi dersi Öğretim Programındaki kazanımlar ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre ise şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Programda en çok vurgulanan değer sorumluk değeri olurken en az vurgulanan değerlerin adalet, dostluk, hoşgörü, tasarruf ve bilinçli tüketici değerleri olmuştur. Ayrıca; en fazla değerin yer aldığı ünite “Okulumuzda Hayat” ünitesi olurken en az değerin yer aldığı ünite ise “Sağlıklı Hayat” ünitesi olmuştur.

All societies have unique and universal moral values. One of the developmental tasks of a person is to live in harmony with society. For this reason, mankind endeavors to display appropriate behaviors by adopting customs and tradition of the society in which they live. One of the tasks of education is to protect its existence by transferring existing values. In this study; In the 2017-2018 education year, it was investigated which ones are related to the root values stated in the curriculum of the Life Science lesson curriculum implemented in the first grade. For this purpose, the following questions were searched in the research; What are the gains in primary education first class life lesson curriculum units related to the root values in the Life Science lesson Curriculum? Which of the root values specified in the program are most frequently highlighted? Which units are the values concentrated on? The model of the research is a case study in the qualitative research. The data obtained from the research were made by document analysis method. The study was carried out in the "2018 Life Science" curriculum (Primary School 1, 2 and 3. The study was conducted with the values of "justice, friendship, honesty, self - control, patience, respect, love, responsibility, patriotism and benevolence", which are the root values determined in the "2018 Life Science Curriculum (Primary School 1, 2 and 3 Classes)", and with Achievements in the first class Life Science lesson Curriculum. According to the obtained findings, the following results were achieved ; While the most emphasized value in the program is the value of responsibility , the least emphasized values are justice, friendship, tolerance, saving and conscious consumer values.Also; unit in which the most values are located is the "Life at our school" unit, while the unit in which the least values are located is the "Healthy Life" unit.
