Bu çalışmada; Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Eğitimi Anabilim Dalında eğitim-öğretim gören öğretmen adaylarının; A-) Öğrencilerin Çevresel Faktörlerden Etkilenme Durumlarına Dönük İfadeler olarak kabul edilen; Öğrencilerin eğitim kurumunun bulunduğu çevredeki yerel güç odaklarından etkilendikleri; Öğrencilerin eğitim kurumunun bulunduğu çevreye uyum sağlamada zorlandıkları; Öğrencilerin eğitim kurumunun bulunduğu çevreyle kenetlenmeyi başaramadıkları için verim düşüklüğü yaşadıkları; Öğrencilerin eğitim kurumunun bulunduğu çevredeki etkinliklere katılmada gönüllü davrandıkları; Öğrencilerin eğitim kurumunun bulunduğu çevredeki değerleri tanımada aktif davrandıkları biçimindeki hususlar ile B-) Öğrencilerin Teftiş Sistemini Algılamalarına Dönük İfadeler olarak kabul edilen; Eğitim kurumlarında teftiş sisteminin sağlıklı işlediği; Eğitim yöneticilerinin kurumun gelişmesi için teftişin yapılmasını istedikleri; Eğitim yöneticilerinin öğretim elemanlarının derslere girip çıkmalarını sağlıklı bir biçimde teftiş edebildikleri; Eğitim yöneticilerinin teftişi cezalandırmak için değil, teftiş edileni geliştirmek için kullandıkları; Eğitim yöneticilerinin derse girmeyen öğretim elemanlarını geliştirici teftişle uyararak derse girdirdikleri biçimindeki hususlar konusuna ilişkin yaklaşımları araştırılmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarının; A-) Öğrencilerin Çevresel Faktörlerden Etkilenme Durumlarına Dönük İfadeler ile B-) Öğrencilerin Teftiş Sistemini Algılamalarına Dönük İfadeler konusundaki yaklaşımlarının saptanabilmesi için, A-) Öğrencilerin Çevresel Faktörlerden Etkilenme Durumlarına Dönük İfadeler ile B-) Öğrencilerin Teftiş Sistemini Algılamalarına Dönük İfadeler konusuna yönelik bilgileri içeren bir anket kendilerine sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Eğitimi Anabilim Dalında eğitim-öğretim gören toplam 121 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; öğretmen adaylarının, A-) Öğrencilerin Çevresel Faktörlerden Etkilenme Durumlarına Dönük İfadeler ile B-) Öğrencilerin Teftiş Sistemini Algılamalarına Dönük İfadeler konusunu içeren maddeleri değişik oranlarla yanıtladıkları görülmüştür. Bulgular, öğretmen adaylarının, Cronbach's Alpha değeri α=0.91 olarak belirlenen ve bu anlamda oldukça güvenilir olan ölçeğe farklı oranlarda yanıtlar verdikleri sonucuna varılmayı olanaklı kılmıştır.(Field, 2013).

In this study; Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University Faculty of Education Turkish Language Teacher candidates who are studying at the Department of Animal Science; A-) Students who are considered to be students who are exposed to environmental factors; Students are influenced by local power centers in the vicinity of the educational institution; That the students are not able to comply with the surroundings of the educational institution; Students have experienced inefficiency because they have failed to engage with the environment in which the educational institution is located; Students are voluntarily participating in activities around the educational institution; That the students are active in the definition of the educational values of the educational institution, and B-) those who are regarded as refugees for their perception of the Inspection System of the students; The inspection system works well in educational institutions; Education managers want to inspect the development of the institution; Educational administrators can inspect instructors in and out of classes in a healthy way; Educational administrators use inspections to improve their inspections, not to punish them; Educational administrators have been investigating the approach of the instructors who do not attend the lessons by inserting them into the lesson. Teacher candidates; A-) to determine the approaches of the students on the expressions of affects towards environmental factors, and B-) to determine the approach of the learners on the perception of the inspectors about the perception of the Inspection System of the students, A-) with the knowledge of the students about the exemption of the environmental factors and B-) the survey was presented to them. The sample of the research constitutes a total of 121 teacher candidates who are studying at Ağrı İbrahim Chechen University Faculty of Education Turkish Education Department. According to the findings of the research; teacher candidates responded with different ratios of items including A-) Students 'expressions about the effects of environmental factors and B-) Students' opinions about Perception of the Inspection System. Findings have made it possible to find out that teacher candidates responded at different rates to Cronbach's Alpha value of α = 0.91, which is quite reliable in this sense (Field, 2013).
