Dans ce présent article, la visée est de démontrer l’impact de la traduction sur la genèse et le développement de la sociologie turque. Nous nous essayons de concrétiser cet impact par une étude bibliographique des traductions des œuvres d’Emile Durkheim et des travaux réalisés sur la théorie durkheimienne en Turquie. L’influence des travaux de Durkheim sur les sociologues turcs est tellement importante que lui et son disciple turc Ziya Gökalp occupent une place privilégiée dans la tradition de la sociologie du pays. Sur cette lignée, l’enseignement de la sociologie se trouve fortement influencé par la pensée durkheimienne depuis le début de la république turque. Par le biais de ce travail bibliographique que nous avons établi particulièrement sur les traductions en turc des œuvres d’Emile Durkheim, nous essayerions de mettre en évidence l’apport de la traduction dans la genèse de cette discipline. Nous espérons également de pouvoir assurer aux chercheurs une occasion de traiter, dans leur intégralité, des traductions en turc des œuvres d’Emile Durkheim et des ouvrages réalisés sur sa pensée et d’évaluer ainsi son apport sur l’intelligentsia turque.
In this study, we will try to show the role of translation in the formation of a new science in Turkish science world. Emile Durkheim is a sociologist who has a considerable contribution to the science of sociology. Because of having very important contributions to Turkish Sociology, he has a priviledge place in our study too. Moreover, in Turkiye when the science of Sociology is mentioned about, there is no doubt the first sociologist who is remembered is Durkheim, and his representative in Turkey is Ziya Gökalp. Durkheim has been the source of inspiration to our enlightened elits to solve our sociological troubles for a period of time. During the Turkish Republican age for a period of time, the education of sociology was the same as Durkheim’s approach. In 2015, a century had passed out from start of sociology education (1914) at Darulfunun by Gokalp under the sway of sociology of Emile Durkheim. Sociology has entered Turkey with Durkheim's influence, simultaneously. Istanbul Darulfunun had continued to have being the center of academic studies of sociology for many years. Turkish sociology has developed by studies in university and outside the university in century. With this bibliography we prepared, we will try to reveal what importance Durkheim has in Turkiye, with the help of translations from Durkheim and the studies about him. We will have provided to have the oppurtunity to see together the chief studies done about the works of Durkheim in the last century in our country and to apppraise them.
