لقد كان الإمام البخاري محط اهتمام المحدثين في مختلف العصور سواء من حيث كتاب الصحيح الذي يُعد من أجل وأصح كتب الحديث، أو من حيث أفكاره وآرائه. ولذلك فقد أعدت الآلاف من الأبحاث والدراسات بهدف تناول الكتاب المذكور من مختلف النواحي. والأمر ذاته ينطبق على كتبه التي تحتوي على عالمه الفكري حيث ألف الكثير من الأبحاث بشأنها. ويبدو أن الأبحاث سوف تستمر، إذ أن كل عصر سوف يشهد ظهور دراسات سواء بشأن كتاب الصحيح، أو بشأن مصنفه. إن إحدى المسائل التي تجري النقاشات بشأنها منذ عصور في سياق الصحيح ومصنفه هي نظرة البخاري إلى الإمام أبي حنيفة وأتباع مذهبه، والمسند الذي أسس عليه هذا الرأي الذي ورد في كتبه وعلى رأسها الصحيح. إن هذا الموضوع يساهم من جهة في مسألة كيفية رؤيتنا لكتاب الصحيح، ومن جهة أخرى يسلط الضوء على النقاشات الدائرة بين أهل الحديث والحنفية. يتم تناول الموضوع المشار إليه في هذا المقال الموجود بين أيديكم – بإلقاء نظرة على العلاقات بين الإمام البخاري والحنفية – بخطوطه العريضة. ونامل بان يوضح هذا البحث عند قراءته الموضوع المتناول في ذهن القارئ، ويقدم مساهمة مهمة في أبحاث ودراسات القائمة بشأن الحديث في تركيا.
Whether it be his opinions in the field or that he’s the author of the most prestige book in hadith, Imam Buhkari has always been a central figure for the muhaddithun (hadith scholars) which is why his works have been elaborated on through different perspectives, throughout the centuries. Likewise, by concentrating on his works, his methodology has been a focus point to target and understand his world of thought. One of the controversial topics lasting centuries relating to Bukhari’s Sahih and Musannif is how he analyses the works of Abu Hanifa, the Hanafis, and what he bases his thoughts on against them. This topic helps us to understand Bukhari’s Sahih, and also sheds light to his conflicts with the Hanafis. It should not be forgotten, the question of how the attitude of Bukhari, who was accepted as the imam of the hadiths, was "the attitude towards Abu Hanifa and Hanafis" is very important especially in terms of hadith and fiqh. When his gaze is clarified, it will be contributed to a better understanding of the attitude of the Ahl-i hadith, and it will be possible to read Buhârî's Sahîh as a book of a position and attitude rather than as a pure hadith book. This article handles this very topic – also assessing Bukhari’s affairs with the Hanafi- in detail.
