The View of the İntermediate Realm of Cem Sultan in the Light of Long Poems


Literary works are filled with the images, reflecting the world of thoughts of the authors and their feelings. It is possible to see their moods such as excitement, enthusiasm, confusion and blues in the literary works. This state, as the other literary works, is also valid to classical Turkish literature’s text. Cem Sultan, is among the attractive poets of 15th century with tristful his life story is one of the poets who reflect poem their feelings. After a magnificient process of prince Cem, struggles throne with big brother loses this struggles. The poet, escaping from Bayezid defects with his cortege to the knights hospitaller in order to save his life. Cem, planning to leave from Rhodes whenever he wants enters into an agreement with knights about this issue. The knights who take away him Rhodes exploit as a trump to screw out of money from Bayezid, to threaten and to stop him in defiance of the agreement. The poet, living captivity life in between Rhodes, France and Rome long time tries to console himself to write poem not to feel destructive effects of difficult situation that he is in. It is appeared to be reflected his poem not only some information about the poet’s life experience and also his moods. The poet who is in a mood that proceed from rebel to trust in God reflects his complicated moods lived to the his poem in this state. The poet strikes an attitude rebelliously since he couldn’t accept his trouble. When the poet wants to seem like forceful and also he shares his strong miseries with reader due to defeat. The poet is in a hurt, sadness, missing and regret enhances feeling of connection in between God and himself with his traumatization.
