Türkçe’nin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi alanında farklı ihtiyaçlara cevap verebilmek için her türlü akademik ve uygulamaya yönelik çalışmaların yapılması kaçınılmazdır. Yabancı dil öğretiminde çeviribilim bu anlamda ele alınması gereken bir konudur. Ardıl veya eş zamanlı çeviri eğitimine girişte kaynak dilde kayda alınan kısa süreli film, video, konferans, sunum gibi görsel-işitsel kayıtlar öğrenmeye destek olmak amacıyla kaynak olarak kullanılabilir mi? Kaynak dildeki kayıtlarda geçen sözel ifadelerin standart yazı diline aktarımında sorunlar nelerdir? Bu kayıtlar sözlü çeviri uygulamalarında nasıl kullanılabilir? Sözel dilin yazılı metne dönüştürülmesi ve kaynak dilden amaç dile çevirisinin yapılması süreci nasıl işlemektedir? Bu çalışmada yukarıda belirttiğimiz sorular çerçevesinde çevriyazı (fr: transcription) uygulamaları ele alınacaktır. Kısa film destekli örnek çevriyazı uygulama çalışması yapılacaktır. Bu çalışmada Türkçe’nin yabancı dil olarak öğretimine sözlü çeviri eğitiminin ne tür katkıları olabileceği konusu irdelenecektir.
To answer for different needs in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language, it is essential to work in all types of academic and practice areas. Translation studies in foreign language teaching is an issue to be considered within this context. Can audio-visual recordings in the source language such as short films, videos, presentations, conferences be made use of as a resource to support consecutive or simultaneous translation methodology learning? Is there a problem in the transfer of records from the source language to the standard written language of verbal expression? How can these records be used in interpreting applications? How is the process of converting from verbal expression to the standard written language and its translation from the source language into the target language? In this study, transcription applications will be discussed in the context of the questions mentioned above. A Short film supported transcription application will be conducted. It will be discussed what kind of contribution this issue will have in teaching Turkish as a foreign language will be discussed.
