Hermeneutical and Education-Sociological Analysis of Book of Named The Little Prince (Le Petit Prince).
This study has analyzed Antoine de Saint Exupery’s final book Little Prince published in 1943 from Hermeneutical perspective. The study does not limit itself with the surface meaning of the book and studies it in a critical way. Hence, recommendations of activities that paves the way students to unfold their free wills and potential strengths and think in a versatile dimension. Part 21 of the book Little Prince, which was adapted according to the Teacher Guide for the 5th Grade Turkish Course of the Ministry of Education, will be studied in hermeneutical perspective. Furthermore, deep structure studies to be conducted on this text, which has been studied in analyzing and critical thinking methods will acquire different perspectives to instructive facilities of the tales and analysis of the text in student oriented ways. This study attempted to discuss circumstances created within the text itself critically.
