Şiirin temel bileşenlerinden birisi ve belki de en önemlisi imgedir. Şiirsel yaratımın nasıl olduğu imgenin ne şekilde kullanıldığına bağlıdır. Bu yüzden şiirsel yaratımın anlaşılması için imge kavramının tanımlanmaya gereksinimi vardır. İmgenin genel tanımının yanı sıra, imge türlerinin bilinmesi de gereklidir. Bu doğrultuda, imge türlerinin tanımlanması H.G. Well ve Ramazan Korkmaz’ın yaptığı tasnife göre yapılmış ve Necip Fazıl Şiirinde en çok kullanılan imge türü olan “şiddetli imge”nin tahlili yapılmıştır.
Poetic image is one, and even the most important, of the elements in a poem. How poetic creativity is achieved should be explained with reference to how poetic images are used. Therefore, poetic images need to be explained in order that poetic creativity can be understood. In addition to a general definition of poetic image, types of it must also be known. In this study, definition of poetic image is made in line with classification by H.G. Wells and Ramazan Korkmaz, and the use of “violent image” in Necip Fazıl’s poetry is analyzed.
