Two of these branches are Turkey Turkish and Azerbaijan Turkish, which respect West Turkish language qualities. Making the comparative study with scientific value among Turkish will be to develop and strengthen relations between the Turkish world. Moreover, in order to establish a common language of communication, conducting some other comparative studies in the field of language terms is of great importance. The proportion of studies in this direction are increasing day by day. Especially in terms of grammar, many scholars have studied the comparative field. However, studies related to the term of the different area is not enough. In the context of the idea of the unity of the Turkish world language provision, terms belonging to other branches of science must be also detected and comparative study should be carried out. In this paper, were studied to be compared Turkey Turkish and Azerbaijan Turkish theater terms. In comparison, it has benefited from Seyfettin Altaylı’s Azerbaijan Turkish Glossary. Theater terms in the dictionary have been identified. These terms including identical and different terms were collected under two main headings. In identical terms section, theater terms which used in the same way (except for some minor changes in phonetic) in Turkey Turkish; in terms of different sections, theater terms which is different in Turkey Turkish were given with means. In the paper, also result section, abbreviations and signs and bibliography sections are included.},author={Zeliha GADDAR},year={2015},journal={Journal of Turkish Studies}}
