Eğitim programlarının en önemli öğesinin kazanımlar olduğu söylenebilir. Çünkü eğitim programlarının diğer tüm öğeleri kazanımlara göre belirlenir. Dolayısı ile programların ilk ve en temel ögesi olan kazanımların eksiksiz belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı beşinci sınıf fen bilimleri öğretim programının içerik ve kazanım ilişkisi öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmeye çalışmaktır. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan soruların yanıtlarını bulabilmek amacıyla Muğla ilinde 16 Fen Bilimleri öğretmeni ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda şu bulgular elde edilmiştir: Fen bilimleri öğretmenleri, içerikte bazı bilgi eksikliğinin yanı sıra kazanım içerik ilişkisinin bazı ünitelerde yetersiz olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca bazı kazanımlarında kazanım yazılım ilkesine uymadığını vurgulamışlardır.
It is possible to argue that the most important element of a curriculum is its objectives. Because all other aspect of a curriculum determined by the objectives. Thus objectives which are the first and the most basic part of curricula should be specified. The purpose of this study is to evaluate relationship between the content and the objectives of fifth grade physical sciences curriculum according to teacher views. In order to collect data semi structured interview technique has been employed. In order to answer the research questions interviews conducted with 16 physical sciences teachers in the province of Muğla. Findings of the study demonstrate that the teachers believe that some information is missing along with some inconsistency in some units in terms of content and objective relationship. Additionally they stated that some objectives are not written in accordance with objective writing principles.
