The Turkic language which rearces up to east of Khazar and is spoken in Azerbijan, Anatolia, İslans, Rumelia, Iraq and Syria is called western Turkic language. In the classification of todays written languages, Turkish Language of Turkey, Gagauzian Turkıc Azerbijani Turkıc and Turkmenian Turkıc take part in Western Turkic group. Because this offshoot of Turkic language is based on Oghuz dialect, it is also called as Oghuz group. Today, the western Turkic languages maintain their existence in alarge scope. And Gagauzian Turkic shows great improvements in the way of being aliterary language after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Turkmenian Turkic is not as similar as Azarbijani Turkic is with Turkey’s Turkic because of being under the effect of western Turkic for centuries. Ottoman and Azerbijan Turkish language came from the same written language so there are not significant differences between them. Than a differentiation period came into being which began from Old Turkish Period and became absolute after fifteenth century. Nothing can be said transparently how this differentiation came into being. Although both Azeri Turkish and Ottoman Turkish use Oghuz Turkish there are significant differences between their morphology. Conjugations are the leading of these different nesses. In this study the different uses of present continuous tense, past perfect tense and simple present tense presented. The suffix “–Up” is used for past perfect tense. This usage is not valid for “I and we”. The suffixes “–Ir/ -Ur and –r” do not provide simple present tense in Azeri Turkish. Instead of this, this tense is provided by the suffix “–(y)Ar”. Present continuous tense, different from Turkey Turkish, provided by suffixes “–ir, -ır, -ur, -ür” in Azeri Turkish.
