Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Liseleri Müzik Bölümü mezunlarının özel yetenek sınavı ile girdikleri mesleki müzik eğitimi verilen yüksek öğretim kurumlarından Güzel Sanatlar Fakülteleri Müzik Bilimleri Bölümleri’ndeki akademik başarılarına ilişkin bazı önemli süreçlerin incelenmesi amacıyla ele alınan bu çalışma, ‘İlişkisel Araştırmalar’ deseni yürütülmüş ve 61’i AGSL, 150’si diğer lise mezunu olan 211 öğrenci örneklemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; ‘AGSL ve Diğer Lise Mezunu’ öğrencilerinin özel yetenek giriş sınavında aldıkları ham puanlar arasında belli bir farklılaşma olmadığı, özel yetenek sınavından aldıkları puanlarla, AGNO (Ağırlıklı Geçme Notu Ortalamaları) arasında anlamlı ilişkiler olmadığı, öğrencilerin dönem dönem akademik başarıları ile ilgili olarak, Dördüncü sınıflar hariç, Birinci, İkinci ve Üçüncü Sınıf öğrencilerinin dönem sonu AGNO puanları arasında bir farklılaşma olmadığı, AGSL mezunu öğrencilerin, lisans programına, diğer Lise mezunu öğrencilere göre, özellikle MİOY(Müziksel İşitme Okuma Yazma) dersi açısından daha donanımlı olarak başladıkları fakat bu farkın ilerleyen dönemlerde giderek azaldığı, teorik desenli derslerde ise (Müzik Bilimine Giriş I-II dersinde olduğu gibi), ‘Diğer Lise Mezunu’ öğrencilerin ‘AGSL’ lilerden daha başarılı oldukları ve ‘AGSL Mezunu’ öğrencilerin, lisans eğitimleri aşamasında diğer lise mezunlarına göre daha avantajlı olabileceklerine dönük beklentinin, başvurdukları yükseköğrenim programının türü ve içeriğine göre tartışmalı olduğu şeklinde bulgulara ulaşılmıştır.

In this study it is aimed that some processes about academic successes in Fine Arts Faculties Music Departments which are one of high education foundations in which Professional music is taught and which Anatolian Fine Arts High Schools Music Department graduates win are researched, the design of relational researches are carried out and it is performed with the sample of 211 students, 61 of whom graduated from AGSL and 150 of whom graduated from the other high schools. As a result of this study, it has been understood that there are no certain differences between the raw scores which AGSL and the other high school graduates take in the special ability entrance exam; there are no meaningful relationships between the points which they take from the special ability entrance exam and AGNO (The means of nominal passing mark); there are no differences among the AGNO points of the first, the second and the third classroom students except for the fourth classroom students from the point of the view of the academic successes which the students show every term; compared with the other high school graduates, AGSL graduates begin undergraduate programme in a more equipped way, especially as the lesson of MİOY but this difference lessens as time passes; as to the theorical designed lessons (as in the lessons of the entrance to Music Science I-II), the expectation that the other high school graduates are more successful than AGSL ones and AGSL graduates have more advantages than the other high school graduates at the stage of undergraduate education is debated according to the type and the content of higher education institution which they apply.
