The story of two people who love each other and their great love. This great love is Sassi and Punnu’s story.Sassi Punnu, is a tragic love story. Sassi Punnu, Sindh’s one of the four popular tragic novel. Sassi Punnu, who lived between 1689-1752 was written by Sufi poet Shah Abdullah Bhitta. Sassi, means months. Sassi, was the only daughter of the king of Bhambhor, Punna was the son of the Panghu King Ali Hooth. Sassi,the daughter of King Adam Khan. She had a romantic mood. Astrologers at the birth of his royal family is a curse for prestige prophesied that wearing a necklace around the neck of the girl on the river. Wherever they go anywhere they run into themself. One day she went to exhibition of art. Punnu talked Sassi and fell in love each other. One day Sassi and Punnu married and lived together, one day Punnu’s brothers came to Punnu’s hause and they took him from the hause and they went to unknown journey.
