Bülbül Imagery And Bülbül Poetry Of Mehmet Akif Ersoy In Context Of Intertextuality And Comparative Literature

References between narratives arose intertextuality, this case prepared the ground for birth of the science of comparative literature. Intertextuality and comparative literature can be applied on both the texts of the same culture and works of different nations. Indeed there are authors excerpting and affected each other in different times and places. This leads to intertextual similarities and differences. Texts needing the comparison take place as a result of similarities and differences. Comparative covers a very large area. Because comparative can be made in terms of both form and content. However if reader and researcher features are enough all these determination can be made. The idea of comparative is a behavior that exists in human nature. After some time this behavior reflected the literature. Then comparative literature began to be used as a method. Although this method has been used for a long time in West literature it has emerged in Turkish literature during the last century. The demand began through Leo Spitzer and Erich Auerbach in Turkey. After years it has made significance progress valuable names like Cevdet Perin and İnci Enginün. Especially in recent times Kubilay Aktulum has made many studies on this topic. Intertextuality and comparative literature have been used new term in last period of Turkish literature. In this study the relationship between Bülbül poem that was written on the Greek occupation of Bursa by Mehmet Akif Ersoy, he is called as a country and nation poetry, and Bülbül imagery that is often used in classical literature have been assessed in context of intertextuality and comparative literature.
