Çalışma, Klasik dönemin ve dünyanın önemli sanatçılarından olan Beethoven’in eserlerinin yaratıcı drama etkinlikleri ile incelenmesi üzerine yapılandırılmıştır. Çalışmada, Klasik dönemin özelliklerini, dönemin bestecilerinden Beethoven’in eserleri ve hayatı arasındaki ilişkiyi, çocukluk, gençlik ve yetişkinlik dönemlerinin yaratıcı drama yöntemiyle incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma grubu, Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Fatih Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Öğretmenliği Anabilim Dalında okuyan, 8 Kız, 7 Erkek, toplam 15 birinci sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Uygulamalar 25 Şubat 2013 tarihi ve 19 Mart 2013 tarihleri arasında toplam 21 saat sürmüştür. Bu çalışmada, nitel araştırma desenlerinden, güncel bir olguyu kendi gerçek yaşam çerçevesi içinde çalışan durum çalışması desenindedir. Çalışmada nitel veri toplama araçlarından görüşme kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından bir görüşme formu geliştirilmiştir. Bu formda yarı yapılandırılmış sorulara yer verilerek uzman görüşüne sunulmuş ve gerekli düzenlemeler yapılmıştır. Öğrenci görüşmeleri için beş tane soru hazırlanmıştır. Görüşme formu ile ortaya çıkan nitel veriler, betimsel analiz yoluyla çözümlenmiştir. Önce elde edilen veriler okunmuş ve organize edilmiştir. Daha sonra organize edilen verilere yönelik temalar oluşturulmuş ve temalar, gerekli yerlerde doğrudan alıntılarla desteklenmiştir. Çalışma sonunda, Klasik dönem ve Beethoven’in yaşamı ile kendi yaşantıları arasında empati kurarak eserle daha anlamlı bir ilişki kurdukları söylenebilir. Bu çalışma sonucunda farklı dönemlere ait bestecilerin yaşam öykülerine yönelik yaratıcı drama yöntemi kullanılarak yapılandırılmış süreçlerin farklı yaş gruplarına uygulanması önerilebilir.

This study was conducted to examine the works of Beethoven, one of the most important composers of the world, using creative drama techniques. The aim of this study is to examine the chacarteristics of çlassical Era and the relationship of the Works of Beethoven and his life, including his childhood, youth and adulthood periods. The study group included 8 girls and 7 boys totally 15 freshmen of the department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Education, Karadeniz (Black Sea) Technical Üniversity. The study was carried out between the dates of 25 February 2013 and 19 March 2013. İt took totaly 21 hours. An interviewer. İt included open-ended guestions and it was checked by the expert. Five guestions were prepared fort he studying grup. The results of the interview form were solved using descriptive analysis The previous data were read and organized. The following step was to form the subjects according to the data that had been organized before. Moreover, these subjects were supported with the direct adaption if needed. At the and of this study, it could be supposed that the members of the study group felt empathy with Beethoven and his life, classical Era and their own lives. This study showed that the lives of different composers of different Eras could be studied using similar creative drama techniques.
