An Assessment On Dictıonary Corpus Registered On Yz. A 210 Turk Dil Kurumu Library

In this study we mention dictionary corpuses that have not been studied much before. It is possible to find that dictionary corpuses in which some of the dictionaries memorized and studied as text books in medresseh are brought together in the same manuscript. Manuscripts found in Turk Dil Kurumu Library are fully sufficient in dictionaries and dictionary corpuses. In this paper the most voluminous one is chosen and studied. Dictionaries are specialised dictionaries and works written to teach Persian. Information about the context, sections and vocabulary is given. By comparing other works, controversial points are tried to be explained. Almost all of the dictionaries are between the line dictionaries written for educational purposes. Some of them contain Persian grammar sections. There are not editor names or compilation date in most of the dictionaries. It is detected that there is deficiency of definition, leaf number and classification in the corpus we study. It is also seen that a dictionary was not registered. In the light of the results, works and characteristics are evaluated. It will be useful for researchers and for the correction of the defective information in the library records.
