Maximilian’s Mexican Empire and Egyptian Soldiers in Mexica

Mexica is a very important country. Therefore Mexica was in a political rivalry after seperated from Spain and becoming a free country. Mexica faced in large quantities debt with freedom and Texas problem lived between United States of America and Mexica. Afterwards many problems in Mexican politic life started and then Juarez ruled Mexica and gained politic power. With Juarez’s accomplishment there was a quiteness in Mexican politic life. But Mexica didn’t gained economic accomplishment and then England, France and Spain claimed their loans from Mexican governmet. Mexican government didn’t pay his debts to these countries. Afterwards these countries interfered and sent their troops to Mexica. Three countries reached an agreement about on Mexica in London. They conducted on this agreement. It was very important that England and Spain withdrawed their troops from Mexica. England just aimed to take its loans. Spain wanted to see an agreeable dynasty in Mexica. Both countires moved on this platform for intervention. France’s consideration was different from both countries. France focused on Mexica dynasty. With England and Spain’s withdrawing their troops from Mexica, France endeavoured for Maximilian. France intended to him a Mexican Emperor and Mexica would be a satellite of France. But France didn’t do it and sent more troops. There was not only a military problem but also a politic rivalry in Mexica. Problem was on Mexican ruling system. Juarez was supported by many of Mexican people. A group would like to see Maximilian who was a brother of Austurian Emperor, as a Mexican Emperor. These group was supported by France. This group wanted to see III. Napoleon as a mediator. There was a project on Maximilian. If Maximilian didn’t want to be an emperor III. Napoleon would choose a prince for Mexican throne. After many meetings Maximilian accepted to be Mexican Emperor. Then many European countries learned this situation and Maximilian went to Mexica as a Mexican Emperor. France needed more troops for Mexican problem. France negotiated with Said Pasha for more soldiers. Therefore Said Pasha approved this plan and sent a group of soldiers to Mexica. These soldiers stayed there for a long time. They lived in bad stiuations in this war. Ottoman Empire didn’t approve this stiuation. Also these soldiers went to Mexica without Ottoman Empire’s approval. But Egypt was suzerain of Ottoman Empire so Ottoman Empire disapproved Egypt’s behavior. England worried about this stiuation too and then protested against sending Egyptian troops to Mexica without Ottoman Empire’s approval. After all Eyptian soldiers went to Mexica and they fight with French soldiers. Their number was too few but their important was too more.
