Sezai Karakoç takes over with his imagist poetry style which is appropriate for Second New movement. The obscureness of his poems makes hard to enter his world of idea, for this reason there is need for a comment style to understand his poetry. Hermeneutic is a comment style that can be used to understand Karakoç’s poems. “From The Exile Country To The Capital Of Capitals’’ is one of the poems can be used to reach his idea. Due to the researches to the other poems of the poet’s with the hermeneutic method , it will be studied to enter his whole world of idea.
