Subhîzâde Feyzî, who is among the classical Turkish poets and lived in 18th century, wrote “nazires” about some poets. Some of those poets are Fehîm-i Kadîm, Nâ’ilî-i Kadîm and Neşâtî who are the most important representatives of Sebk-i Hindî poetry. He did not imitate but kept his own style while he was writing “nazires”. “Nazire” is a term which is used for writing similar poems in our literature.
