Dünyanın en eski dillerinden biri olan Türkçe, üzerinden geçen uzun zamanla birlikte bazı dünya dillerinden etkilenmiş ve birçok dünya dilini de çeşitli yönlerden etkilemiştir. Türkçe, Osmanlı Devleti’nin ilk dönemlerinden itibaren Farsça ve Arapça gibi dillerin yoğun tesiri altında kalmış ve bu dillerden birçok kelime almıştır. Bununla birlikte Türkçe de sözü edilen dilleri etkilemiş ve bu dillere birçok kelime ve ek kazandırmıştır. Bu kısa araştırmada Türkçeden Arapçaya geçen dört farklı sonekten söz edilecek ve bu eklerin Türkçe ve çeşitli Arap lehçelerindeki işlev ve örneklerine yer verilecektir.
The Turkish language, one of the oldest languages in human history, has throughout the history of man has been influenced by other world languages and at the same time has affected many of them as well. With the establishment of Ottoman Empire, Turkish has come under the influence of the Arabic and Persian languages and has imported a considerable volume of vocabulary from them. At the same time, the Turkish language has over the years affected Arabic and Persian through export of a sizable number of words, and affixes to them. This modest research effort touches upon four common suffixes that have entered the Arabic language. The use and function of these suffixes are discussed with examples.
