Türk edebiyatında, gerek manzum gerek mensur pek çok eserin temel konusunun aşk olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. İncelememizde ele aldığımız Hüseyin Fütûhî Çelebi’nin Nâz u Niyâz adlı eserinin konusu da aşktır. In Turkish Literature, it is possible to say that the main theme of most writings either written in prose or in verse is love. Hüseyin Fütûhî Çelebi’s writing named as Nâz u Niyâz that we handle in our study also has theme of love. Futûhî, beside the “Divan”, also has writings like “Enisü’l-Guzât” and “Tühfetü’l-Mecâlis”, and in the “Nâz u Niyâz” he deals with the theme of love mostly sufistic dimensions. In our study, “Nâz u Niyâz” which Futûhî wrote in an aesthetics of Classical Ottoman Literature with Arabic and Persian words and phrases, is going to be presented, and focused on the love story and lover-beloved expressed in the writing.
