Kelâm, ko¬nuşma ve söz söyleme, sözü algıla¬ma ma’nâsına gelen Arapça kökenli bir kelimedir. Kelâm, dilimizde söz, beyit, cümle, deyiş, güfte, ibare, ifade, kelime, laf, metin, vecize ve emsal anlamlarında kullanılmıştır. Kelâm-ı fasîh, güzel ve düzgün söz söyleme demektir. Edebiyatımızın sözlü ve yazılı kaynaklarının her şubesinde farklı biçimlerde ve fesâhatla birlikte kullanılankelâm-ı fasîh, Yûnus Emre’nin şiir dilinde de yerini almış ve çok sayıda ma’nâ ve ifâde özelliği kazanmıştır. Bu makalede, kelâmın önemi ve edebiyatımızdaki kullanım biçimleri üzerinde durulacak, kelâm-ı kibâr, kibârın kelâmıdır” sözü gereğince Yûnus Emre dilinden kelâmın ve sözün sosyal hayatımızda kazandığı vasıflar değerlendirilmeye çalışılacaktır.
ABSTRACT Kelâm (saying), speaking or making remarks, is a word of Arabic ofigin which means perceiving a meaning. In our language, kelâm is used for expressing equal meanings of word, verse, sentence, remark, lyric, phrase, vocable, epigram and similar. Kelâm-ı fasîh means saying beautiful and fluent words. Kelâm-ı fasîh, which is used in different forms in all of the branches of the sources of our written and verbal literature, had its place in Yûnus Emre’s poetry language and earned many meanings and expression characteristics. According to Yûnus Emre, kelâm and word is for clever people. Wit is in word and word is in wise. Speech is precious. Speaking to carefree people is like rock echo, you speak and you hear. In this study, the importance of Kelâm and its different uses in our literature is explored. Also, considering the saying “kelâm-ı kibâr is the word of elagant”, the status and features of kelâm from Yûnus Emre in our social life are evaluated.
