Modernizm/Postmodernizm And Deconstructivism Reading And Suggestion Of Explain Of J.Derrida

Modern/modernism and postmodern/postmoder- nism are very commonly used terms. The meanings of these concepts vary from place to place. J.Derrida, who is attaching a new meaning to the sign and especially advocating that signified may not be limited, proposed a new definition which is very different from F.de Saussure’s. J.Derrida’s deconstructionalistic point of view and his proposition for deconstructionalistic reading are the strong criticism of modernism. The form of interpretation in the postmodern discourse and narration takes its roots from Derrida’s definition of the sign. In this study, modernism and postmodernism concepts, and J. Derrida’s suggestion for deconstructionalistic reading and interpreting will be described.
