Çuvaşçanın tarihsel bir gramerini yazabilmek için, bu dilin tarihî gelişim çizgisine sadık kalmak gerekmektedir. Bu güne kadar, Çuvaşçanın Modern ve Orta Bulgar dönemleri ana hatlarıyla tanımlanmıştır. Ancak, bu dilin Yeni Bulgar dönemine ait çalışmalar maalesef yeterli düzeyde değildir. Eldeki yazı, Çuvaşçanın Yeni Bulgar dönemine ait dil incelemelerine esas teşkil etmek amacıyla bu dönemin kaynaklarını ortaya koymayı amaçlayan Yeni Bulgar Türkçesi Döneminin Kaynakları serisinin ikinci kısmı olan edebî kaynaklar dizisinin ilkidir. 1769 tarihinde yayımlanan altı dizelik bu şiir Modern Çuvaş edebi dilinin başlangıcı olarak kabul edilmiştir. Yazıda orijinal metin, Modern Çuvaşça biçimi, transkripsiyon ve Türkiye Türkçesine aktarımı verilmiştir. Ayrıca metnin bir dizini de yapılmıştır.
In order to write a historical grammar of Chuvash Language, it is needed to be loyal to the historical progress of this language. Up to now, the middle and modern Bulgarian periods of Chuvash Language have been defined with its outlines. However, the studies related to the New Bulgarian period unfortunately aren’t sufficient enough. The writing available is the first of the literary sources series which is the second part of New Bulgarian Turkish Period Sources Series aiming to present the sources of this period for the purpose of being a basis for the language studies belonging to the New Bulgarian of Chuvash Language. This six-line poem published in 1796 has been accepted as the beginning of the Chuvash Literary Language. The original text, the modern Chuvash Language version, its transcription and converted form of the Turkish version are given. In addition to that, an index of the text has been given and language features have been assessed as well.
