Bu çalışmada edebiyatçı -siyasetçi ilişkisi üzerinde duruldu. İlk önce klâsik Türk edebiyatından konuyla ilgili genel bilgiler verildi. Daha sonra yenileşme devri Türk edebiyatına geçildi. Burada da Tanzimat dönemi Türk edebiyatının birinci nesli olan Şinasi, Ziya Paşa, Namık Kemal ile yetinildi. Çünkü bu neslin müntesipleri siyasetle iç içe oldukları için edebiyatçı siyasetçi ilişkisini en iyi bunlar göstermekteydi. Ayrıca diğer dönemlerdeki edebiyatçılardan da bahsedilseydi çalışmanın sınırları buna müsaade etmeyecekti.
In this study, the relation betwen literary man and politician has been examined. At the beginning, a general information related with the topic from classical Turkish literature has been given, and then an examination of the modern literary works has been preseneted. Since, the first generation of Tanzimat Era mostly lived in a dense socio-politcal atmospher, it has clearly shown the relation taking place litearture and the politics of the time. That is why, in this section, Şinasi, Ziya Paşa and Namık Kemal have mostly been dealt with. The literary men of the other periods haven’t been included in this study, if it was so, the limists of this study wold not be able to handle the exact topic.
