Bu çalışmada, Milli Kütüphane’deki bir mecmuada yer alan Klâsik Edebiyatımızın önde gelen şairlerinden Bâkî, Nev’î (Yahya) ve Nef’î ile ilgili latifeler ele alınmıştır. Bu latifeler, Osmanlı coğrafyasına ait birçok şehrin anlatıldığı mecmuanın İstanbul’a ayrılan bölümünde bulunmaktadır. Latife; şairin halk muhayyilesindeki görünümünü yansıtması, edebiyatın sosyolojik, psikolojik yönden incelenmesine katkı sağlaması ve edebiyat tarihine malzeme teşkil etmesi bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, latifeler incelenerek Latin alfabesine aktarılmıştır.
Anecdotes about our prominent classical literature poets Baki, Nevi and Nefi are evaluated in this study. These anecdotes are found in the İstanbul section of a periodical that explains various cities of Ottoman geography. Anecdote type is important in the sense that it reflects the perception of the poet among the public, it evaluates the literature in sociological and physiological sides and it provides materials for the history of literature. Anecdotes are studied and are transferred to Latin alphabet in this study.
