Bu incelemede, Türk tiyatrosunu, tarihî süreçte kaynakları bakımından ele aldık. O zaman gördük ki farklı tarzda icra edilen iki tür tiyatromuz var. Bunlardan ilki, usta-çırak ilişkisine dayalı, millî tiyatromuz olarak kabul ettiğimiz geleneksel tarzımız; diğeri ise Avrupa kaynaklı, metne dayalı illizyonist tiyatro. Bu iki tür, eğlendirme amacı dışında; halkı ve halkın meselelerini kendine kaynak edinerek gündeme taşımakta, fikir beyan etmekte, bazan çözüm yolları sunabilmekte, rehber olabilmekte; çoğu zaman da sigorta görevi icra eder gibi tenkide yönelebilmektedir. Biz her iki türün, ortaya çıkış noktasından itibaren beslendikleri ana kaynakları tek tek tesbit ettik. Böylece Türk toplumunun değişim ve gelişim çizgisine de kısa bir bakış yaptık.
This articles deals with the Turkish Drama according to the sources during the official literary history. It proves that the Turks have two kinds of drama/theatre: the first kind is more traditional one that is thought as national and depends on the relation between the master and assistant; the second is more illusionist play depending on the text deriving from Europe. These two besides entertaining purpose seek ways to bring ordinary people and their problems out, and even sometimes offer solutions and the ways out; and also tend to criticisizm. This is an exhousted source research on the topic. Therefor it offers a brief look at the changes and developments in the Turkish society.
