Kırgız Türkçesinde, çeşitli sebeplerle, pek çok kelimenin ön, iç ve son sesinde ünlü türemesi meydana gelmiştir. Daha çok alınma kelimelerde görülen ünlü türemesine, bazı Türkçe kelimelerde de rastlanır. Rusça kelimelerin imlâsı genellikle korunduğundan, bu kelimelerde ses türemesi yoktur. l, n, r akıcılarıyla başlayan alınma kelimelerin önünde ı, i, o, u ünlüleri türemiştir. Başta yabancı kökenliler olmak üzere, ünsüz çifti bulunduran kelimelerde, iç ses ünlü türemesi görülür. İç seste sadece dar ünlüler (ı, i, u, ü) türemiştir. Kelime sonunda ünsüz çifti ve ünlü uzunluğuna bağlı olarak düz ünlüler (a, e, ı, i) türemiştir. Türeyen ünlüler, her zaman kelimenin ilk hece ünlüsüyle uyumludur.
The prothesis, epenthesis, epithesis has come out with different reasons, especially on loan words, in Kirghiz Turkish. This anaptixis has been seen in some Turkish words, but no Russian words. Anaptyctyc vowels every time are harmonious with first syllable vowel. ı, i, o, u vowels have come out that liquid l, n, r began in the front of loan words.There is epenthesis on the words which have double consonant. a, e, ı, i vowels have come out according to double consonants and long vowels in the word ending.
