İmlâ sorunu yazının bulunması ile birlikte başlar. Türklerin Arap alfabesini kullanmaya başlaması ile birlikte çeşitli imlâ sorunları oluşmuştur. Bu sorunları ortadan kaldırmak ve standart imlâ oluşturmak adına çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalardan biri de Ta’lîm-i Kitâbet adlı eserdir. Eser, üç bölümden meydana gelmiştir. Ele aldığımız bölüm “İmlâ ve Galatât” adını taşımaktadır ve bu bölümde; Türkçe, Farsça ve Arapça kelimelerin imlâsı, gramer özelliklerini içermektedir. Bu çalışmada, Ta’lîm-i Kitâbet adlı eser tanıtılacak ve yazıldığı dönemin imlâ özellikleri belirtilecektir.
Problem of orthographic starts with finding writting. Some orthographic problem araised with begining to use of Turks Arabic alphabet. Some kinds of study did to remove these problems and using a standart orthographic. One of these studies is named with Ta’lîm-i Kitâbet. This book consists of three parts. This part is named with “İmlâ ve Galâtât” and in this part consists of ortographic of Turkish, Perssian and Arabic words and grammatical specialities. In this study, named with Ta’lîm-i Kitâbet will be introduced and the period of writting of this book’s orthographic will be defined.
