Türkçe söz varlığı, renk, akrabalık, hayvan ve meyve adları gibi sözler bakımından oldukça zengindir. Bu da Türk halkının doğayla ne kadar iç içe olduğunun bir göstergesidir. Bu zenginlik Anadolu Ağızları söz konusu olduğunda daha da artmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Derleme Sözlüğü ve Anadolu Ağızları üzerine 2004 yılına kadar yayımlanan kitaplardan tespit edilen üzüm adlarının çeşitliliğini göstermek ve bu adlardaki fonetik değişmeleri belirlemektir. Bu çalışmada ayrıca Anadolu ağızlarında tespit edilen üzüm adları, anlamlarına göre de tasnif edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İncelemenin sonunda bir de sözlük verilmiştir.
Turkish is quite rich in vocabulary to name colours, relatives, animals, etc. It indicates that the Turkish people are greatly involved with the nature. The richness is much more as far as the Anatolian accents are concerned. This work aims at showing the variety of names for ‘grape’ determined from the Derleme Sözlüğü (Compiled Dictionary) and the books on Anatolian accents published until 2004 as well as phonetic changes in them. In addition, the names for ‘grape’, determined in the Anatolian accents, were classifies according to their meanings. A glossary is also appended at the end of the work.
